ARABIAN PERGOLA

Although Arabs have historically lived within barren desert lands
characterized by scarcity of the basic resources, yet the most prevailing tradition was that of generosity especially towards travelers and guests. This attribute that defined the Arabs is engraved in their culture and is the oldest and most profound.
It has been customary in Arab cultures that a guest is accommodated for 3 days to rest from the trip before asking what they want. Hospitality always began with serving the traditional Arabic coffee followed by firing up the grilling equipment to cook the generous meals.
When an Arab house was labeled as the house of many ashes it implied that it is a home of generosity that constantly receives guests
and welcomes them with coffee and meals.
